Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Telesales and Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our banking and insurance products to individual and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, conducting client visits, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Telesales Duties:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking and insurance products (e.g., loans, credit cards, savings accounts, life insurance, health insurance).

• Identify customer needs and provide relevant product recommendations.

• Follow up on leads generated via digital campaigns, referrals, or inbound inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in the CRM system.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Field Sales Duties:

• Visit potential clients at their offices, homes, or other locations to pitch and sell products.

• Conduct presentations and explain product features, benefits, and pricing.

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Assist clients with completing applications and other required documentation.

• Attend field sales meetings, training sessions, and events organized by the company.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.

• Proven experience in telesales or field sales, preferably in banking or insurance.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

• Local language proficiency and fluency in English is preferred.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel (for field sales role).

• Number of calls made per day/week.
