Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist customers with basic queries and support requests. This role is open to freshers and experienced candidates. Training will be provided. If you can communicate clearly and are willing to learn, you’re eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via call, WhatsApp, email, or chat

  • Provide basic order and product information

  • Assist customers with simple issues and escalate when required

  • Maintain polite and clear communication

  • Update basic customer details when needed
