Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective customers from provided leads to pitch Home Loans and Personal Loans.

Lead Conversion: Understand customer financial needs, explain suitable loan options, and convert potential leads into successful sales.

Documentation Guidance: Guide customers through the loan application process, explaining eligibility criteria and necessary documentation.

Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, handle objections professionally, and follow up regularly to close deals.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
