Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers for CASA accounts (Savings & Current Accounts) throughCompa y Leads, field sales and referrals

Promote and mobilize Fixed Deposits (FDs) from individuals and businesses

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and local market activities

Cross-sell banking products:

Debit/Credit Cards

Personal / Business Loans

Insurance (Life & General)

Maintain and build strong customer relationships for repeat business

Achieve monthly sales targets (CASA, FD, cross-sell products)

Conduct KYC documentation and compliance processes

Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account opening and service delivery

Stay updated on bank products, schemes, and competition
