Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and

result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate

will be responsible for creating a database of potential clients,

making outbound calls to convert leads into sales, and managing

existing leads from various sources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create a database of potential clients from various sources

(restaurants, cafes, offices, etc.)

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to convert leads into sales

- Manage existing leads from sources like Indiamart, Justdial, and

social media platforms

- Create and maintain MIS (Management Information System) of all

call logs

- Send daily reports to management by EOD (End of Day)

- Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
