Job Title: Telecaller – Sales & Presentation

🧾 Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can handle sales calls, present products/services effectively, and convert leads into customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and a persuasive approach.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain company products/services in a clear and attractive way

Deliver sales presentations over phone

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Maintain call records and update customer database

Follow up with interested customers regularly

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

🗣️ Required Skills

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Strong convincing and presentation skills

Positive attitude and confidence

Ability to handle rejection and pressure

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling software)

🎓 Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate
