Tele calling

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sourcing Telecaller to join our rider acquisition team. The primary responsibility of this role is to source, screen, and onboard delivery partners (riders) for leading quick-commerce clients such as Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, and Big Basket.

The ideal candidate is someone who has strong communication skills, understands volume hiring, and can effectively convince potential riders to join our fleet.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential rider leads generated through various channels (referrals, job portals, walk-ins, field sourcing, etc.).

• Clearly explain job details, payout structure, documents required, and onboarding process for different quick-commerce platforms.

• Motivate and convince riders to join and complete onboarding with Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, Big Basket, and other clients.

• Schedule and coordinate rider onboarding sessions (online or at the office/hub).

• Maintain daily call logs, lead conversion reports, and follow-up trackers.

• Ensure riders submit correct documents (KYC, bank details, DL, RC, etc.) on time.

• Work closely with the field team and onboarding coordinators to ensure smooth rider activation.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing and conversion targets.

• Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for sourcing channels.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
