Technical Expertise:  Sales engineers possess a deep understanding of their company's products and services, including their functionalities, specifications, and how they address customer needs. 

·         Customer Needs Assessment: They work with clients to identify their specific requirements and challenges, often through meetings, presentations, and site visits. 

·        Solution Development: Based on their technical knowledge and customer needs, sales engineers develop tailored solutions and proposals that demonstrate how the product or service can benefit the client. 

·        Presentation and Communication: They deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, explaining complex concepts in an understandable way. 

·        Relationship Building:  Sales engineers build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support. 

·        Collaboration: They work closely with the sales team to support the sales process, and with the product development team to provide customer feedback and ensure product alignment with customer needs. 

·        Post-Sales Support: They provide ongoing support to customers after a sale,including troubleshooting, training, and addressing any technical issues.

·       Market Research: They may also be involved in market research to identifynew opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
