We have required candidate who have completed Diploma/ Degree in mechanical or he should have experience in capital goods.
Technical, Field sales.
Prefer Hydraulics line experience near 1-2 year.
Travelling in North India and mainly UP, Bihar, Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand and Himachal for marketing purpose. North Rajasthan on requirement.
Ready to travel near 12-15 days in month. if required he should be ready to travel some more days.
Reporting to company location once in month on requirement.
Sales field engineer work profile.
Work from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 2 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
