Technical Sales Executive

KEMP Tools India is seeking a dynamic and technically strong Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales of industrial tools including pneumatic tools, cordless assembly tools, torque-controlled systems, and related solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and achieving sales targets across automotive, manufacturing, and assembly industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive, heavy engineering, and manufacturing sectors

• Promote KEMP’s range of industrial tools including cordless shut-off tools, impact wrenches, air tools, and torque solutions

• Understand customer applications and recommend suitable technical solutions

• Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and technical presentations at customer sites

• Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions

• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support

• Provide pre-sales and basic post-sales technical support to customers

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

• Strong understanding of pneumatic tools, torque tools, or assembly line equipment

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to understand technical drawings and applications

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

• Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Experience

• Experience in automotive OEMs, Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, or manufacturing plants

• Knowledge of torque tightening systems, transducerized tools, or automation solutions

• Exposure to brands like Bosch,Dewalt, Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, or similar industrial tools

• Timely submission of proposals and follow-ups
