About the Role

We’re hiring a Field Sales Team Lead to drive paid merchant acquisitions, manage a high-performing sales team, and ensure consistent business growth. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and on-ground sales experience who can motivate and guide a team toward achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales executives.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Conduct daily meetings to review performance and drive productivity.

• Manage end-to-end team operations – hiring, training, and performance monitoring.

• Drive B2B client acquisition through consultative selling and product demos.

• Track sales funnel performance and optimize conversion rates.

• Conduct joint client visits and ensure on-ground execution.

• Maintain timely and accurate reporting.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Minimum 60% in Graduation or 12th).

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in field sales (experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Sulekha, or Justdial preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to manage sales teams and meet aggressive targets.
