Team leader

We are looking for a Team leader to join our team at Indus Motors Green Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Plan driver roster and ensure that the drivers and vehicle report on time for their duty and delivery dispatch happens on time.

2.       Provide or arrange back up in case of risk of reporting failure.

3.       Track drivers and periodically post status reports and updates related to delivery.

4.       Expedite late deliveries or resolve any unforeseen issues like vehicle breakdown or accidents.

5.       Collect and deposit any cash or returned items at the close of shift.

6.       Perform periodic inspection of vehicles and charging infrastructure.

7.       Ensure timely repair and maintenance, if necessary, as per direction provided by hub in- charge.

8.       Provide any MIS related data to central teams for tracking billing, performance, or attendance.

9.       Do regular partner briefings and uphold the company code of conduct.

10.   Select, onboard and train driver partners. Ensure app adoption and sop adherence.

11. Resolve any driver disputes especially after payroll.

Job Requirements:

1.  At least 6 month years of experience leading a field team or drivers

2.  Basic knowledge of Excel or Google sheet to submit data.

3.  Resourceful and strong problem-solving abilities on the ground

4.  Strong ability to multitask and manage driver partner and multiple sites simultaneously.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
