Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.

Allocate work to labor teams and monitor productivity.

Ensure work is carried out as per project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Maintain daily records of labor attendance and site progress.

Manage site inventory, including receipt, storage, and issue of construction materials.

Coordinate procurement and ensure timely availability of materials, tools, and equipment.

Verify material quantities received and report shortages or damages.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, transporters, and vendors.

Inspect ongoing work and report quality issues to the Civil Engineer.

Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of the construction site.

Enforce safety practices and report unsafe conditions or incidents.

Maintain material registers, inventory records, and daily site reports.

Assist in site measurements and quantity verification.

Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance when required.

Report daily progress, material status, labor updates, and site issues to the Civil Engineer.

Follow instructions from the Civil Engineer and assist in the smooth execution of project activities.

Perform any other site-related duties assigned by the Civil Engineer or Management.
