Sourcing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Executive with a strong background in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing residential and commercial properties, developing relationships with property owners, builders, brokers, and channel partners, and ensuring a consistent inventory of quality properties for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to achieve sourcing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source residential and commercial properties from owners, builders, and brokers.

• Generate new property listings through field visits, networking, cold calling, and market research.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, builders, and channel partners.

• Verify property details, pricing, and legal documents before onboarding.

• Negotiate property prices and listing terms with owners.

• Maintain an updated inventory of available properties in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sales team to provide suitable property options based on client requirements.

• Conduct regular market surveys to identify new sourcing opportunities.

• Achieve monthly sourcing and inventory targets while ensuring quality listings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in real estate property sourcing.

• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and meet sourcing targets.

• Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler and willingness to travel for property visits will be an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
