Job Description:
Grando is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients. A good understanding of the company’s products and the ability to communicate value propositions effectively are essential.
Identify and generate new business leads in the assigned region
Conduct site visits and assess feasibility for solar system installation
Explain solar solutions and ROI to clients in a clear and convincing manner
Prepare and present proposals and quotations
Close sales deals and coordinate with the technical team for execution
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Stay up-to-date with market trends, products, and competitors
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Sc., or Engineering background preferred)
1 to 3 years of field sales experience, preferably in solar, energy, electrical, or infrastructure sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel locally
Basic understanding of solar energy systems is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
