Job Description-Solar Rooftop Sales Engineer
We are looking for a motivated Solar Rooftop Sales Engineer to generate leads, meet customers, conduct site visits, understand their requirements, and promote suitable solar rooftop solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and follow up on residential & commercial solar leads.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits.
• Understand electricity consumption and customer requirements.
• Explain solar system design, savings, ROI, and available subsidy benefits.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and system estimates.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation teams.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups and achieve sales targets.
• Convert leads into successful solar orders.
• Maintain customer and sales records.
Required Skills
• Basic knowledge of Solar PV / Rooftop Solar systems.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license.
