Job Responsibilities:
-Generate leads through field visits, client meetings, references, and market research.
-Promote and sell solar products and solutions, including rooftop solar systems and solar power solutions.
-Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to identify business opportunities.
-Explain solar system benefits, pricing, ROI, and installation processes to potential clients.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
-Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets.
-Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
-Maintain daily sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
Required Skills:
-Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
-Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
-Knowledge of solar products and the renewable energy market.
-Target-oriented approach with strong lead-generation skills.
-A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
