Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor (Civil) to join our team at Radiance Group. The role requires candidates who are skilled in handling site activities, supervising labor, and ensuring quality execution of repair, waterproofing, and renovation work. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 and good growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities including repair, waterproofing, painting, and civil work.

• Manage labor and contractors efficiently to ensure timely work completion.

• Maintain quality standards and ensure proper execution as per requirements.

• Coordinate with internal teams for materials and site progress.

• Maintain site records, daily reports, and work updates.

• Ensure safety practices are followed at the work site.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma / BE in Civil or relevant field (Freshers can also apply). Candidates with experience in construction, repair, or waterproofing work will be preferred.

Applicants should have:

• Basic knowledge of civil work and site supervision

• Ability to handle labor and manage site work

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Problem-solving and decision-making ability

• Basic understanding of drawings and site processes
