Key Responsibilities

Handle company-generated leads and convert prospects into sales
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
Follow up with prospects, negotiate deals, and close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build strong relationships with clients, builders, and channel partners
Maintain lead and customer details in the CRM

Candidate Requirements

3–6 years of experience in B2C Sales
Prior Real Estate Sales experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
Graduate; MBA preferred
Two-wheeler mandatory
