With certifications including ISO, CE, NIOSH, and FDA compliance, the company supplies to key sectors such as manufacturing, infrastructure, automotive, chemicals, and utilities.
JOB OBJECTIVE
To drive B2B industrial sales across targeted sectors by acquiring and nurturing key accounts for PPE, safety gear, production/process consumables, MRO items, and facility infrastructure products. The candidate will contribute to strategic market expansion, build a robust distributor/dealer network, and ensure client satisfaction through technical consulting and compliance-oriented selling.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic Responsibilities (20%)
Define sales targets and action plans for industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing, pharma, utilities).
Create penetration strategies for high-potential industrial clusters.
Develop and scale channel partner network (dealers, system integrators, facility contractors).
Analyze competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs.
Craft key account plans to grow share-of-wallet.
Contribute to pricing strategy to balance profitability and competitiveness.
Position the company as a leading industrial safety and consumables partner.
Collaborate across departments for forecasting, marketing campaigns, and fulfillment.
Implementation Responsibilities (70%)
Acquire and retain B2B clients for bulk/recurring requirements in PPE, MRO, and facility supplies.
Generate leads via industry directories, site visits, exhibitions, and digital outreach.
Execute planned client meetings, field visits, and demonstrations.
Prepare persuasive proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Build strong client relationships with plant heads, procurement teams, and EHS managers.
Deliver technical training and product walkthroughs highlighting compliance and value.
Maintain CRM entries, manage pipeline metrics, and share actionable forecasts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support.
Managerial Responsibilities (10%)
Monitor personal sales KPIs and recommend adjustments to achieve targets.
Mentor junior sales reps or support functions (if applicable).
Regularly report performance metrics to senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Mandatory: Graduate (Science/Engineering/Commerce)
Preferred: MBA in Marketing/Sales or Diploma in Industrial Safety/Supply Chain
Experience Required: 2–4 years in B2B industrial sales (especially PPE, MRO, utilities, process consumables)
Industry Exposure: Manufacturing, Chemicals, Engineering, Utilities, Pharma
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
15–20 days/month for client visits, dealer management, and exhibitions
COMPENSATION
Fixed CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA
Incentives: ₹1.2 – ₹2.4 LPA (Performance-based)
Total Potential CTC: ₹4.8 – ₹7.2 LPA
