Job Description:

Generate business and cross-sell all banking products.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with an assigned customer portfolio.
Handle field sales activities and ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loans or LAP (Loan Against Property) is preferred.
Candidates with prior Home Loan experience will be given additional preference.
Willingness to travel is required; knowing how to drive is an added advantage. A two-wheeler is mandatory.
Strong communication skills are essential.
