🇮🇳 Job DescriptionSenior Field Sales Officer – Institutional Partnerships (HEIs)Organisation: Veterans IndiaReporting to: National Secretary & HQ Institutional Partnerships CellEngagement Type: Full-time National Responsibility (Performance-linked)1️⃣ Role PurposeThe Senior Field Sales Officer – HEIs is the front-line nation-builder of Veterans India.Your mission is to convert India’s universities, colleges and institutes into long-term institutional partners of Veterans India under the Pride of Nation Awards & Nation-Building Programmes, using the official national proposal approved by Veterans India Headquarters.This is not ordinary sales.This is institutional nation-building.2️⃣ Core ResponsibilityTo secure formal institutional consent from Higher Education Institutions for:Permanent Institutional MembershipORAnnual Programme Associationusing the official Veterans India proposal & Google consent form.3️⃣ Key Duties & DeliverablesA. Institutional OutreachPersonally contact Vice-Chancellors, Directors, Principals and Registrars.Present the official Veterans India Institutional Association proposal.Explain both options:Permanent MembershipAnnual Programme AssociationB. Conversion ResponsibilityGet the institution to:Understand Veterans India’s missionChoose one of the two official optionsSubmit the Google FormInitiate payment as per HQ instructionsYour KPI is institutions converted, not meetings held.C. Relationship OwnershipBecome the single point of contact between Veterans India and each HEI.Maintain long-term goodwill, coordination and program scheduling.Ensure HEIs remain engaged in:Pride of Nation AwardsVPRFYouth–Veteran programmesDisaster & security awarenessD. Field ExecutionConduct:Campus visitsVC meetingsBoardroom presentationsFollow-upsCoordinate with:District PresidentsState TeamsNational HQE.
