Institutional OutreachPersonally contact Vice-Chancellors, Directors, Principals and Registrars.Present the official Veterans India Institutional Association proposal.Explain both options:Permanent MembershipAnnual Programme AssociationB. Conversion ResponsibilityGet the institution to:Understand Veterans India’s missionChoose one of the two official optionsSubmit the Google FormInitiate payment as per HQ instructionsYour KPI is institutions converted, not meetings held.C. Relationship OwnershipBecome the single point of contact between Veterans India and each HEI.Maintain long-term goodwill, coordination and program scheduling.Ensure HEIs remain engaged in:Pride of Nation AwardsVPRFYouth–Veteran programmesDisaster & security awarenessD. Field ExecutionConduct:Campus visitsVC meetingsBoardroom presentationsFollow-upsCoordinate with:District PresidentsState TeamsNational HQE.
