Senior Field Sales Officer

We are looking for a Senior Field Sales Officer to join our team [••SBI Payment••]. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17500 - ₹30000 and prospects of growth.

1. Job Role:

1. Marketing of Current Accounts (1 lakh and above) and PoS machine/acquiring products to the HNI merchants

2. Sourcing, installation, and Activation of Current Accounts and POS Terminals

3. Generating Leads through cold calling and client meetings

4. Follow up with the branches for processing of applications.

5. Coordination with SBI Branches and internal Marketing teams

6. Good communication skills both in English and Hindi

7. Should have a strong attitude to problem-solving and helping customers.

8. Should be proactive in approach.

3. Experience: Candidates must have more than 12 months of field sales experience in Current Account sourcing (1 lakh and above) and be willing to serve the territory of Navi Mumbai

4. Additional Pointers:

·       Source candidates who have worked in Pvt banks such as HDFC, ICICI, IndusInd, Kotak, etc. for sourcing CASA/PoS.

·       Avoid candidates from Paytm, Bharatpe, etc

·       The focus should be on the quality of the candidates and not on the quantity of the candidates.

6. Offered CTC: Maximum Rs. 35,000 (CTC)
