We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Leader – Sales to join our growing team in Noida Sector 94. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales executives, drive property sales, ensure revenue targets are met, and build a high-performance culture.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives.
Drive team sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Monitor individual and team performance; provide coaching and motivation.
Coordinate with developers and clients to manage site visits and deal closures.
Track and report sales performance and revenue generation.
Organize daily meetings, sales reviews, and team briefings.
Maintain healthy relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required).
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in sales, preferably in real estate or financial services. Team handling experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Self-motivated with a performance-driven attitude.
