Job Title: Sales Officer
Location: Delhi

Reports To: Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Position Summary:
The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing distributor and retailer, and strengthening the company’s market presence in the assigned territory. The role requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, effective field execution capability, and knowledge of FMCG distribution channels. Experience in Beverage sector is preferred. Will be handling geography of nearby areas of the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Business:
· Accountable for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
· Ensure data accuracy in sales reports and market information.
· Responsible to drive business and build relations with distributors and key market stakeholders.
People Management:
· Able to Train, guide, and coach field staff or distributor sales teams.
· Ability to influence and motivate field teams.
· Able to utilize data analysis to track team performance and improve sales execution.
· Responsible to collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business plans.
Customer & Distributor Management:
· Identify and appoint the right distributors as per business and market requirement.
· Responsible for distributor handling and route to market operations.
· Responsible to maintain strong relationships with distributors, and channel partners.
· Responsible to manage order collection, claims of distributor
· Responsible to oversee claim management and ensure timely issues resolution.
· Conduct regular market visit to ensure availability, visibility and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, a related field preferred.
3-5 Year experience in sales, preferable within the FMCG sector.
Beverage industry experience in an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is mandatory.
Good communication, negotiation, and relation building skills.
