Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our logistics sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth in logistics services.
2. Identify, cultivate, and convert new sales opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, customer service).
6. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
7. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
8. Provide sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
Requirements:
1. 5+ years of experience in logistics sales.
2. Proven sales track record.
3. Strong CHA & Freight forwarding industry network.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
