We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team at Bisani Brothers Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30000 - ₹70000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing the Merchant Onboarding process across Pan-India. The PM ensures that merchant acquisition teams, operations teams, risk, compliance, tech, and support functions work in sync to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
Define merchant onboarding workflow, documentation requirements, SLAs, and compliance checkpoints.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding.
Design Pan-India rollout plan for onboarding tools, processes, and training.
Set performance KPIs (Onboarding TAT, Activation Rate, Approval Rate, Merchant Drop-off etc.).
Coordinate with Acquisition Teams, Operations, Risk & Compliance, KYC Verification Partners, Tech and Customer Support.
Ensure seamless merchant data flow from acquisition → verification → activation.
Monitor onboarding queue and ensure timely merchant approvals.
Drive issue resolution between regional teams and central operations.
Daily/weekly reporting on:
Total merchant onboarded
KYC rejection reasons
TAT performance
Process bottlenecks
Maintain dashboards for leadership review.
Identify gaps in merchant documentation, process inefficiencies, or tech failures.
Implement automation (OCR, APIs, digital KYC tools).
Reduce onboarding TAT and merchant drop-offs.
Ensure adherence to RBI/Regulatory norms (KYC, AML, PEP, Screening, GST validation etc.).
Ensure fraud mitigation checks are followed by regional teams.
Conduct periodic audits.
Work with Sales Heads across regions.
Align with Tech teams for tool updates.
Liaise with Legal & Compliance on policy updates.
Escalation handling with top merchants.
Conduct onboarding process training for:
Field sales (FSEs)
Regional Managers
Operations teams
Prepare training manuals, checklists, SOP updates.

Coordinates between regions and central operations.
Conducts monthly training for new hires.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
