bout the Role
Vyoma Buildmat LLP is looking for a confident, result-oriented senior field sales manager to develop business relationships with dealers, builders, contractors, architects, and other industry professionals. The candidate will be responsible for market visits, product demonstrations, providing product knowledge, generating leads, and achieving sales targets
- Visit dealers, builders, contractors, and potential clients regularly to develop business opportunities.
- Identify new dealers and builders to expand the company's market presence.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, quality, and applications.
- Provide accurate product knowledge to dealers and customers and help them choose suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate new leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Understand local markets, dealer networks, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team for quotations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain regular records of market visits, leads, orders, and sales performance.
- Provide feedback from the market to management regarding customer needs and business opportunities.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, construction materials, plywood, laminates, doors, hardware, or a related industry.
- Good knowledge of dealer and builder networks in the assigned market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to explain product features and demonstrate products confidently.
- Good knowledge of local areas and the ability to plan market visits efficiently.
- Strong client relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
- A valid driving license and personal two-wheeler/four-wheeler would be an advantage, depending on travel requirements.
