Job Description

Senior Projects & Sales Manager (Male Only)

Location: Techno Modular System, Plot No. 58, Badhkal Extension, Near Sri Krishna Paramdham Mandir, Faridabad–Gurugram Road, 121001

 

Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (On-Site)

Compensation: ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 50,000 per month

Probation Period: 3 months (can be extended or reduced based on performance)

Start Date: Immediate

Reporting To: Proprietor / Management

About the Role

Techno Modular System (TMS) — a 25-year-old modular interior solutions manufacturer — is seeking a Senior Projects & Sales Manager to lead client acquisition,

handle customer interactions, coordinate ongoing projects, and ensure seamless execution from enquiry to installation.

This role requires someone who can communicate effectively with clients, architects, builders, and internal teams, while maintaining strong sales ownership and project visibility.

You will be responsible for lead generation, client handling, project coordination, sales documentation, and cross-team communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with new and existing customers to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines.

  • Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, referrals, architect relations, and market outreach.

  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.

  • Explain design decisions, material selections, and product functionality to clients and consultants.

  • Prepare Proforma Invoices, quotations, and project documentation.

  • Support clients in selecting materials, finishes, and design options.

  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to track project progress and resolve issues.

  • Provide regular updates to clients on manufacturing status, timelines, and site coordination.

  • Ensure smooth project handover and post-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.

  • Represent the brand professionally in external meetings and presentations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month

  • Sales conversion percentage

  • Revenue achieved vs. target

  • On-time project delivery rate

  • Client satisfaction & repeat business

  • Accuracy of PIs, quotations, and documentation

  • Coordination responsiveness with internal teams

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, project coordination, or interiors-related roles.

  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.

  • Experience interacting with clients and handling high-value projects.

  • Ability to understand modular interiors, materials, and execution workflows (training will be provided if needed).

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Must be willing to conduct on-site client visits & external meetings when required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in modular interiors, construction, real estate, or architectural fieldwork.

  • Prior experience handling B2B relationships with architects or contractors.

  • Basic understanding of drawings, design terminology, and modular systems.

  • Presentation skills & confidence in pitching solutions.
