Role Overview We are looking for a result-driven and proactive Senior Field Sales Manager to spearhead our business development efforts. You will be responsible for meeting potential clients, presenting our digital solutions, and converting leads into successful business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities • 📍 Field Visits: Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and corporate clients.

📈 Lead Conversion: Follow up on marketing-generated leads and close deals effectively.
🌐 Strategic Networking: Identify new market opportunities in the Delhi/NCR region.
💻 Product Presentation: Explain technical services (Web Dev, SEO, E-commerce) to non-technical clients.
🤝 Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships for recurring business and referrals.
📊 Reporting: Provide daily updates on sales progress and field feedback to management.

Candidate Requirements • Experience: 2-5 years in Field Sales or Business Development (Digital/IT Sales is a plus).

Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills (English & Hindi).
Ownership: Must have a personal vehicle (Bike/Scooter) for field visits.
Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of Web Development, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
