About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Regional Business Development Manager to lead field sales operations and business development activities across North India. The candidate will be responsible for managing field sales interns/promoters, generating commercial and institutional leads, expanding market presence, and coordinating daily sales activities.
The role requires frequent travel, strong communication skills, leadership ability, and experience in field sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
Generate leads for gym equipment, fitness centers, sports infrastructure, and institutional projects
Develop business opportunities with:
Schools & Universities
Gyms & Fitness Centers
Builders & Developers
Architects & Consultants
Government Departments
Sports Contractors & Clubs
Conduct market visits and identify upcoming projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Team Management
Manage and supervise field sales interns/promoters
Allocate territories and daily tasks
Monitor attendance, reporting, and field productivity
Train interns on lead generation and customer interaction
Sales Coordination & Reporting
Maintain daily sales and visit reports
Update CRM/Excel records regularly
Coordinate with the sales and management team for quotations, meetings, and project follow-ups
Track leads from enquiry stage to closure support
Market Expansion
Expand dealer and referral network across North India
Identify new cities and business opportunities
Conduct competitor and market analysis
Skills & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Hindi
Experience in field sales, institutional sales, or business development
Ability to manage teams and field staff
Knowledge of Excel, reporting, and email communication
Willingness to travel extensively across North India
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented
