Vyoma Buildmat LLP is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Field Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the building materials, construction, or infrastructure industry.

Develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Identify and approach new customers, dealers, distributors, builders, contractors, and architects.

Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and develop business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Promote company products and explain their features, benefits, and pricing.

Negotiate prices, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.

Follow up on enquiries, orders, payments, and customer requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.

Prepare daily sales reports and provide updates to management.

Coordinate with the office and operations team to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or business development.

Experience in field sales, preferably in building materials or construction products.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

Strong networking and client-handling abilities.

Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

A graduate degree or relevant sales experience is preferred.
