We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the interior design and home décor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, client relationship management, and a proven record of achieving revenue targets within premium lifestyle, furniture, or interior décor segments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and deliver results.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through corporate tie-ups, architects, builders, and B2C clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience and repeat business.
Collaborate with the design and operations teams to provide tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
Implement CRM systems and ensure accurate documentation of sales activities.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
7–10 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within interior design, luxury furniture, real estate, or home décor industry.
Strong network with architects, interior designers, builders, and high-net-worth clients.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong business acumen with ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
High level of self-motivation, result orientation, and client-centric approach.
