• Function as a pivotal support for the sales team, coordinating sales activities, processing inquiries, generating quotations, preparing proforma invoices, and maintaining comprehensive customer inquiry records.
• Develop new customer leads for the sales team through targeted marketing campaigns, including email outreach and online research.
• Provide logistical support to the sales team for product dispatches, arranging transportation via third-party services such as Porter and Ola, and ensuring seamless coordination with the warehouse team and customers until delivery completion.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and effectively resolve sales-related concerns.
