Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹22,000 (Fixed)

• Monthly petrol allowance: ₹3,000

• 10am - 2pm && 5pm - 8pm (Break shift)
  
  Job Responsibilities:-

1. Doctor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals.

2. Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to doctors and healthcare facilities in the assigned local area to promote the clinic’s TB and Diabetes treatment services.

3. Patient Referral Generation: Generate patient referrals from doctors and ensure that referred patients receive timely consultation and appropriate treatment at the clinic.

4. Doctor Network Expansion: Identify and connect with new doctors and healthcare professionals to expand the clinic’s referral network.

5. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly targets for doctor visits, new doctor connections, patient referrals, and patient treatment enrolments.

6. Follow-Up and Coordination: Maintain regular communication with referral doctors and coordinate with clinic staff to track referred patients and their treatment status.

7. Market Research: Identify potential referral sources, understand local healthcare needs, and monitor competitor activities in the assigned territory.

8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily field visits, doctor interactions, patient referrals, and follow-up activities using the company’s designated reporting system.

9. Performance Monitoring: Review field performance regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase patient referrals.

10. Professional Representation: Represent Medcross TB & Diabetes Clinic professionally and communicate its services, treatment facilities, and patient support programs accurately.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical sales, medical representative work, or doctor relationship management.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to generate referrals and achieve field targets.

• Must own and be able to use a two-wheeler for daily field visits.

• Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and meeting doctors regularly.

• Ability to maintain daily reports and work independently in the assigned territory.
