Position: Agency Development Manager (AADM)
Location: Delhi – Kailash Colony, Dwarka, CP, Model Town
Department: Agency Sales
Reporting To: Sr. Associate Partner Management / Partner

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, develop, and activate agents to meet business targets.

• Build and manage an active agent pipeline through various hiring sources.

• Provide product training, field demonstrations, and continuous skill development for agents.

• Plan and review agent activities to ensure productivity and persistency.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (life insurance preferred).

• Age: 24 to 38 years.

• Must have spent at least 4 years in the current city.

• Strong result orientation, customer focus, and team development skills.
