Role Overview

The Team Lead will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition and digital payment adoption. The role includes managing a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) and ensuring successful deployment of QR codes, soundbox devices, and other payment solutions, while maintaining strong relationships with merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead 5–7 Field Sales Executives (FSEs)

• Merchant onboarding for digital payment solutions

• Sales and deployment of QR codes and soundbox devices

• Monitor daily sales activities and field performance

• Train and support team members

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
