Urgent Hiring – Senior Field Sales Executive (FSE)

Locations: Chandigarh

Salary: ₹21,000–₹32,000 CTC Fixed Per Month + attractive bonuses and performance incentives.

Health Insurance: ₹1.5 Lakh medical cover (activated within 1 week of submitting complete documentation).

Training: 3 to 5 day comprehensive, easy-to-learn training program provided.

Job Responsibilities:

- Visit retail shops and local merchants.

- Promote and onboard merchants for Paytm QR Codes and Soundbox.

- Demonstrate product features and benefits.

- Complete QR code installation and Soundbox activation.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain merchant relationships and submit daily reports.

Eligibility:

- 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Field Sales / Telecom / Fintech / FMCG experience preferred.

- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred/required as per assigned territory.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with daily field visits.
