Key Responsibilities – Digital Consultant Lead

1.Achieve individual field sales targets through consultative selling and product demonstrations.

2.Conduct daily planning and preparation for client meetings and demos.

3 .Coach and mentor sales representatives to improve pitching and closing techniques.

4.Accompany team members on client visits to provide real-time guidance.

5.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.

6.Support the team in building strong client relationships and expanding the customer base.

7.Drive motivation and foster a high-performance sales culture within the team.

8.Identify and resolve challenges to achieve team and organizational goals.
