Position: Sr. Sales Executive – Team Handling
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
📌 Job Responsibilities
Handle, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance and maintain regular reports.
Generate new leads and improve sales conversions.
Manage customer follow-ups and relationships.
Coordinate product presentations and sales activities.
Support and train team members on sales processes and product knowledge.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
🎯 Candidate Profile
2–5 years of B2B sales experience preferred.
Previous team-handling/supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, FMCG, Retail, or Direct Sales will be an advantage.
Comfortable with field/customer interaction in Hyderabad.
