Core Job Responsibilities

Dealer & Distributor Management:
Conduct regular visits to dealers, retailers, and distributors to ensure brand visibility and product availability.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners.
Identify, onboard, and develop new dealers and distributors to expand the network.
Sales & Order Management:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Ensure timely order collection, payments, and stock management.
Implement company schemes, promotions, and marketing campaigns in the market.
Merchandising & Product Visibility:

Ensure proper product placement, inventory levels, and visibility in retail stores.

Execute point-of-purchase material merchandising to increase demand.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Monitor competitor activity, new products, and market conditions.

Provide feedback on customer needs and potential new products to management.

Education: Minimum Graduate
