We operate a fast-growing Digital Menu QR platform used by restaurants. Along with the digital menu, we provide brands and local businesses the opportunity to display targeted advertisements to diners inside restaurants — offering high visibility and real conversion potential.
We are expanding our advertising sales team and looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Representative who can onboard advertisers and build strong, long-term partnerships.
Identify and approach businesses that benefit from advertising inside restaurants (salons, gyms, real estate, coaching centers, delivery services, consumer brands, etc.).
Pitch ad placements on our Digital Menu QR platform with clear ROI-driven value propositions.
Create and manage a pipeline of high-potential advertisers through cold calling, visiting, networking, and referrals.
Conduct meetings with decision-makers and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
Negotiate pricing, finalize deals, and meet monthly revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, creative setup, and campaign launch.
Maintain strong relationships with advertisers to encourage repeat bookings and upselling.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Minimum 3–5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in advertising, digital marketing, media sales, or B2B sales.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting revenue targets.
Excellent communication, pitch presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to understand advertiser needs and craft customized offerings.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.
Strong knowledge of the local marketplace and business ecosystem.
Fixed Salary: ₹5 – 6 LPA, based on experience.
High-performance incentives (top performers earn ₹20k–₹60k per month in commissions).
