We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to join our team at Sasta Sundar. Locations: Koderma, Dhanbad, Jamshedpur, Daltonganj, Gumla, Dumka, Madhupur, Hazaribagh, Garhwa, Pakur, Sahebganj, Ranchi, Bokaro & Deoghar
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retailers, chemist stores and other assigned locations as per the planned daily roster.
Meet medical retailers/buyers and promote the B2B e-Commerce platform.
Communicate the benefits of transparent pricing, assured delivery and quality products, with same-day or next-day delivery.
Generate orders from retailers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Work closely with the Team Leader to resolve buyer-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and buyers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service.
Maintain regular market visits and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in retail pharmacy/chemist sales or B2B pharmaceutical sales will be preferred.
- Must own a 2-wheeler.
- Must possess a valid Driving Licence.
- Good communication, relationship-building and sales skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
