What are we looking for?
Senior Business Development Executive who will work to generate effective leads and business opportunities
• Scout for new business opportunities for new commercial office buildouts
• Build partnerships with turnkey contractors and architects and introduce the products to them
• Make commercial proposals and complete commercial negotiations Conclude the sale transaction!!
• Follow up for payments in a time bound manner
• Conduct product demonstrations and mockups
• Work in close co-ordination with the marketing team for effective marketing initiatives
• Liaise with the production team for ensuring timely product delivery
• Prepare periodic insight reports for strategic interventions

• 3-4 years experience with B2B enterprise sales preferably in product space.
• Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills
