Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and service updates.

Answer inbound calls and resolve patient queries regarding healthcare services, doctors, treatments, and schedules.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in the database.

Provide guidance with empathy and patience, ensuring a positive patient experience.

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth patient support.

Meet daily/weekly calling and service targets.
