Job Title: Tele Sales Executive – Hotel Banquet & Room Booking
Location: Vikaspuri, Delhi

Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹17,000 per month (fixed + incentives)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and confident Tele Sales Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls related to party bookings (banquet) and hotel room inquiries at our property in Vikaspuri, Delhi. You will be responsible for following up on leads, explaining our services, converting inquiries into bookings, and maintaining client communication.

Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers from leads provided for banquet party bookings and hotel room reservations

• Explain services clearly and confidently over the phone

• Follow up with clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings

• Maintain proper call records and update lead status

• Coordinate with the hotel front desk and banquet team for smooth client handling

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Basic computer knowledge

• Experience in outbound calling or customer service preferred

• Must be based in or around West Delhi

Working Days: 6 days a week
Work Hours: Day Shift
