Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident, energetic and customer-oriented Telecaller & Field Sales Executive to join our Financial Services team.
The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, generating leads, explaining financial products and services, following up with clients and converting leads into business. The role will primarily involve telecalling, along with local field visits and client meetings whenever required.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads through telecalling, references and follow-ups.
Understand customer financial requirements and introduce suitable products/services.
Explain insurance, investment and loan products in a simple and professional manner.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain lead records.
Arrange and attend client meetings whenever required.
Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and processing.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable speaking in Hindi and English; Marathi will be an added advantage.
Confident, presentable and customer-friendly personality.
Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and MS Office.
Sales / Telecalling / Banking / Insurance / Financial Services experience will be preferred.
Fresher candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
Candidate should be comfortable with both telecalling and field work.
Two-wheeler / driving licence will be an added advantage.
