Make outbound/inbound calls to students, parents, and working professionals regarding educational courses, training programs, or admissions.
Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fees, benefits, and career opportunities clearly.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into enrollments/admissions.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
Handle objections professionally and provide proper counseling to close sales.
Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and support teams for smooth onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Attend product/curriculum training sessions to stay updated.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive brand image.
Collect feedback from students/parents and report to management.
