Job Description

Looking for a field sales Team leader Paytm to drive merchant acquisition (EDC, Soundbox, Payment Gateway, EMI & Merchant Loans) and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.

What you’ll do:

✅ Lead & mentor a field sales team

✅ Drive merchant acquisition targets

✅ Manage merchant relationships & retention

✅ Own territory growth

What we need

🔹 1-6+ years in field sales (Fintech/EDC/POS/FMCD/Restaurant Onboarding Insurance preferred)

🔹 Team handling exposure is a plus

🔹 Comfortable with daily fieldwork

🔹 Experience at PhonePe, Google Pay, Pine Labs, or BharatPe Pet Pooja is a plus
