About Us

We are a growing food brand focused on healthy, convenient, and affordable snacks for modern lifestyles. Our goal is to expand retail presence across local kirana stores, gyms, cafés, and specialty food outlets.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit local kirana stores, supermarkets, gyms, cafés, and small retailers to introduce and sell our food products

• Pitch product benefits, pricing, margins, and schemes clearly to shop owners

• Get product placement and shelf space in new stores

• Collect orders, follow up on payments, and maintain retailer relationships

• Conduct sampling or tasting sessions where required

• Share market feedback on pricing, competition, and customer response

• Maintain daily visit and sales reports (simple WhatsApp / Google Sheet updates)

Requirements

• Prior experience in field sales / FMCG / food & beverage is preferred

• Comfortable with shop-to-shop selling and negotiation

• Strong communication skills in Telugu / Hindi / English

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance provided)

Compensation

• Fixed salary + commission (or) pure commission-based

• Incentives for:

  • New shop onboarding

  • Monthly sales targets

  • Repeat orders

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
